I found some old postcards of my Grandfather's (Warner Almquist) who was from Vastervik. The postcard is of this church where he was confirmed as a boy. These are the words on the card: Vastervik. Nya Kyrkan, Forsamlingshuset och Postkontoret. Can you tell me what it means and when was the church built?

Hi Mary. The church is relatively new, and was built between 1903-1905. The words are "The New Church, the Church Hall and the Post office".
