Tofvehult is 25 km south of Västervik. For the past 12 years, home-baked bread, pastries and freshly ground coffee has been served in this pleasant cafe. The cafe is housed in the old tannery which was built in the mid-1800s. The atmosphere is historic and homely.
Lena runs the cafe with her husband and bakes every morning. And the selection of cakes and biscuits varies throughout the season. You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the leafy garden or inside the cafe where you will be surrounded by artefacts from the time when the buildning was a general store. Everything is nestled in a picturesque setting located between two lakes.
