Saltmagasinet is a summer restaurant with plenty of ambition. The restaurant was named Västervik's best restaurant in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 according to the White Guide and Sweden's best table.
Saltmagasinet is organically certified and is recommended as one of the top 10 places in Sweden for its wide variety of organic and fair trade produce. Our sommelier, Camilla Settlin, compiles the wine list with care and consideration to give you surprising combinations with your food. Saltmagasinet’s dream of having its own organic bakery is now a reality. In spring 2009, the organic bakery opened just next to the restaurant and you can buy organic bread, ice-cream and confectionery.
